The first step of our ladder to education starts at school. We are spoon fed until school level. As soon as we reach college, we still want to practice the same. If this doesn’t take place, the naming of the college starts as- GOOD or BAD.
I admit that some colleges ranks good and some remains out of the box, but, the college is not only ranked on the basis of its infrastructure, faculty, facilities, etc, these are all secondary. The most important assessment of any college is by its quality, and this is directly proportional to its students. The rank of the college is mainly depended on intelligence levels and the results of the students.
Each college has a Day1. It is ranked after a year, and that ranking is purely dependent on the student’s level. The higher and better they score, the number of competitions they win at state and national levels, the more college gets the fame, and admission go directly proportional.
The colleges also have responsibility of supporting their student’s development by employing knowledgeable, experienced and good lecture delivery faculties, conducting guest lectures through qualified professionals, conducting training sessions on new technologies, providing facilitated laboratories, well developed library and administration support.
More companies willingly visit for campus recruitment to that college, whose students are more intellectual and capable, which in-turn upgrades the college name and its ranking.
Each student should take an individual responsibility for oneself, for one’s career growth, because at last it is not the college name you will be carrying in life, but your own knowledge, capability, intellectuality and self-respect. The college should only be taken as a media of learning hub to support you in achieving your goal. Your career growth is purely in your own hands.

The choice is yours- to blame college your entire life OR upgrade yourself to make stand in mob!
