It is an e-book reader that is filled with features and is also light and portable and a much better option than carrying loads of book whenever you are travelling. There have been certain problems that have been reported in the past that this e-book reader does not function well in countries other than the US. Once this is done all you need to do is charge your tablet at regular intervals so that the battery does not drain out. Also, there are chances that the network may not work when you are outside the US so it will be a prudent decision to load your e-book reader with e-books before you set out on the journey, rather than while you are travelling.

The functioning of the Kindle3G is simple. It uses the internet with the help of the Wi-fi or 3G network (whichever is available). The e-book reader was available only in the US previously but that is not the case anymore as the Global 3G wireless version has been launched by the company. If you have the first model of the Kindle then you are in a bit of a trouble as this version does not work well outside the US and you will not be able to download anything while you are travelling and the only way that you will be all to load you e-book reader is by connecting it your computer that has an internet connection. You will first have to download the book or the magazine on your computer and then transfer it you’re your e-book reader. This sure is a tedious and time consuming task.
