Airtel Broaband is Still Best Broadband Connection in Delhi India

Broadband era has changed dramatically, gone are the days when people used to connect phone line to their pc to access internet. Today India is grooming at fast pace and so as the technology. Internet has become life line for people like me, over the time i have realized that today, you need to connect to internet for many reasons. Lets not talk about the advantages of broadband this time, as it is understood and globally accepted. I have shifted to delhi recently and was looking for wired/wireless internet connection desperately, although i am having 3G connection on my mobile which is sufficient enough for basic requirements, but for computer buff like me who does lots of crazy things online , this wasnt sufficient.

After reading couple of reviews and tariff plans, i got highly impressed with Tikona Broadband, i logged a request from their website and the other day customer care executive called me for demo. the very next day demo guy approached me and started preparing for demo installation. But unfortunately after hurdling for around 1 hour , the guy replied “the signals received are weak” i would not suggest you to subscribe. So Tikona was not feasible in my case.

I heard about MTNL broadband plan, but due to documentation work it was far away from my reach, then i contacted reliance – just because i heard of “reliance broadband freedom 999 “ which is just unbeatable, nobody on the market is providing such offer as of now.

I  have called customer care of reliance for subscription, although i have placed request via online portal too. but of no use, nobody has called me for coming 1-2 week.  I tried contacting couple of fellows around but i was helpless and never understood how the system works in case of reliance. “no callback” “no replies” “no bookings”.

Finally i tried calling airtel, although i never want to have airtel broaband plan, It is because the tariff i found was costlier as compared to other competitors and no unlimited downloading on higher speed (1mbps and above). But i had left with no option. I booked the broadband plan of 10GB @999 Rs per month, Unlimited usage @256kbps after download limit consumption.  the plan was average, but i was pretty sure about the service of airtel from my past experience, and it is still the same . The technical guy was at my home the very next day after applying, after quick installation i started using internet without a problem. The speed i was getting is as committed, service is undoubtedly the best in industry.

What i liked about airtel is regular browser alerts of data usage limits and top ups, if you want to increase download limit at any point you always have the option one click away.

Well, to conclude Airtel Broadband worked well in my case being in delhi, while if you can approach Reliance and if Tikona Coverage is available in your area, both of them are worth having and unbeatable as on date.
